Vision Networks
The MedBen Vision Provider Search allows you to search for optometrists, ophthalmologists and opticians in the VisionPlus and VisionDirect networks by city or zip code. You can use the Provider Search to locate VisionPlus-approved wholesale optical laboratories.
VisionPlus offers eye care services to MedBen vision plan members in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
VisionDirect offers guaranteed discounts for vision exams, eyewear and materials to participating members, with no restrictions on use or claim forms to complete.
Dental Network
Please note that not all MedBen PreceDent plans use a network. If you’re unsure as to if your dental plan uses a network, check with your Human Resources Department or contact MedBen Customer Service at 800-686-8425.
MedBen PreceDent uses the Guardian DentalGuard Preferred Select Network. To find a network provider:
- Go to GuardianAnytime.com.
- On the top of the page Choose “Find a Provider.”
- Click on “Find a Dentist.”
- Use the “Advanced Search” tab.
- Enter a Zip Code or City and State
- Choose ‘PPO’ for the plan and ‘DentalGuard Preferred Select’ for the network
- Choose dentist type if desired (or skip this step)
- Enter dentist name if searching for a specific provider
- Choose additional criteria if desired (or skip this step)
- Hit the “Search” button at the bottom right of the page.
