Have Your Members Downloaded the MedBen Access Mobile App?

Based on client survey feedback, some plan members aren’t aware that MedBen offers a mobile app… so we’ve created a flyer to help spread the word!

MedBen Access has long been available online, but for those who prefer smartphone convenience, the MedBen Access mobile app is a great alternative. Using the app’s features, members can:

  • Review claims history and accumulators, and download EOBs.
  • Read their summary plan documents and other benefit materials.
  • Compare drug pricing at local pharmacies and research lower-cost generic and therapeutic drug alternatives (MedBen Rx members).
  • Check wellness compliance with recommended exams and screenings (MedBen WellLiving members).
  • View FSA/HRA claims, payments, and balances and submit receipts for reimbursement (FSA/HRA members).
  • Display electronic versions of plan ID cards.

Plus, in 2023 we added biometric recognition to the app, so members can now use their face ID or fingerprint to log in.
