MedBen has just launched an enhanced version of its MedBen Secure Internet server. The next time you log in you’ll notice a brand-new look, but the core mission remains unchanged: to ensure the security and privacy of your organization’s protected health information (PHI).

If you’ve used earlier versions of MedBen Secure, you’ll notice several changes in the enhanced version:

  • A new login method, using your email rather than a username. Your password remains the same.
  • Email notifications that come from “noreply@medben.com” rather than the email of the person who posted the document.
  • A “Change Password” option, replacing the previous “Preferences” link. We recommend that you change your password regularly!

We’ve created a MedBen Basic that explains how MedBen Secure works and highlights protections to ensure the security and privacy of PHI and other sensitive data and information. Clients are welcome to request a copy from their Account Management team.

Our goal is to make MedBen Secure as user-friendly as possible, but if you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Information Coordinator Cindy Dittoe at (800) 423-3151, ext. 314. We are here to help you adapt to these changes smoothly.
