MedBen is pleased to announce that Tracie Lesko, who currently serves as Manager of Client Services, has been promoted to Director of Client Services effective April 1. Taking over her Manager role will be MedBen Account Manager Bethany Peters.
A 28-year veteran of employee benefits, Lesko started with MedBen as a Group Service Representative in 2000, and was eventually promoted to the Manager position in 2012. As Director, she will lead the Account Management and Customer Service Departments and work directly with clients on benefit matters that require executive approval
Lesko will be taking over the position from current Client Services Director Brenda McLean, who has served in that role since 2004. McLean will be moving to North Carolina but will remain with MedBen in a new Account Executive position, providing assistance to Account Management teams and our clients.
“As sad as we are to see Brenda step away from the Director role, Tracie is an excellent successor,” said Vice President of Administrative Operations Lori Kane. “Her expertise in all aspects of client service will make for a seamless transition. And we’re very happy that Brenda has agreed to stay on with us as well.”
New Client Services Manager Bethany Peters started with MedBen in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative before joining the Group Service (now Account Management) team. In her new position, Peters will oversee the Account Management team and coordinate new group implementation process.
“Bethany has proven her value to our clients over the past eight years and her leadership abilities make her a natural for the Manager role,” Kane said.
