On September 10, MedBen passed the semiannual audit of its ISO 9001:2015 quality measures. Independent auditors from consulting firm Intertek recommended that our ISO Certification continue.
“[The] Audit was successfully completed in accordance with the Audit Plan as Executed with no opportunities for improvement or findings noted,” the audit report states.
During the audit, multiple department processes were reviewed, including proposal requests, plan build, and claims adjudication. Departmental personnel were interviewed to get further insights on work procedures.
In addition to quality objectives, the auditor also evaluated continual improvement processes, adherence to company metrics… and most importantly, client satisfaction.
