In the most recent audit of MedBen’s quality measures on September 30, independent auditor SAI Global recommended that our ISO 9001:2015 Certification continue.“There continues to be a satisfactory level of input and support from top management to ensure the quality management system provides the intended controls, customer satisfaction and improvement opportunities,” the audit report states. “The stated quality objectives are being met.”
During the audit, multiple department processes were reviewed and departmental personnel interviewed to get further insight on work procedures. In addition to quality objectives, the auditor also evaluated client satisfaction (based on your satisfaction surveys), continual improvement processes, and adherence to company metrics.
MedBen first achieved ISO Certification in 2005 – among the earliest third party administrators to do so.
