MedBen clients can now get detailed information about their health care coverage direct to their mobile device! Just search for “MedBen” in the iTunes or Google Play app store and download MedBen Access Mobile to your smartphone or tablet.
When you log in, you’ll see a summary of your recent claims activity. From there, it’s easy to access a variety of services, including:
- Plan product overview and summary documents
- Health care claims information (including Rx claims) and explanations of benefits (EOBs)
- Deductible and out-of-pocket accumulators
- Wellness compliance tracker (for MedBen WellLiving clients)
- FSA/HRA claims, payments and balances (for FSAs and HRAs administered by MedBen)
Just like the online version of MedBen Access, the mobile app is secure and password-protected, so your private information stays protected.
