This document is broken into two parts. Part One explains coordination of benefits as it relates to employer-based coverage and what information may be needed in order to determine primary and secondary plans. Part Two explains coordination of benefits as it relates to non-employer-based coverage such as Medicaid, Medicare and other government programs.
