MedBen Access Mobile App Update Features FSA & HRA Claim Submissions!

The MedBen Access Mobile App has a NEW look and added features! You can now upload and submit an image or PDF of your MedBen FSA and HRA substantiation receipts from the palm of your hand. We have also added quick-access icons like those on the MedBen Access desktop version, providing improved functionality within the app.

To make a claim request and submit substantiation receipts, simply:

  1. Log in to the MedBen Access mobile app.
  2. Press “My FSA/HRA” on the main menu and then select “FSA/HRA Claim Request.” 
  3. Press the type of claim request you want to make – FSA Debit Card Receipts, FSA Reimbursement, FSA Dependent Care, or HRA Reimbursement.
  4. Follow the instructions to submit your receipt to MedBen for reimbursement from your FSA or HRA.

Forms of substantiation include provider bills or receipts, prescription receipts, explanation of benefits (EOB) statements, and certain store receipts. Please review the list on the app’s Instruction page.
