Customer Service Representative
This position responds to telephone calls from customers regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims processing and assists in resolving problems related to these areas.

Group Service Representative
The Group Service Representative is primarily responsible for overseeing MedBen’s administration of assigned self-funded benefit plans. This full-time position acts as a liaison between the plan administrator and MedBen.

Medical Claims Examiner
The primary responsibility of this position is to adjudicate medical and vision claims in accordance with established accuracy and turnaround time requirements. Upon successful completion of training, this position telecommutes from home.

Medical Compliance Administrative Coordinator
An individual in this position will have responsibilities with respect to both the Medical Management and Compliance departments. The position is mainly administrative, including responsibilities for general clerical work, word processing, organizational functions and client/vendor communications.

Medical Management Coordinator (RN)
This position acts as the liaison between MedBen and its medical management vendors and stop-loss carriers. The individual in this position will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and support of MedBen’s medical management service offerings, providing information to stop-loss carriers and reviewing prescription and medical records and related clinical data.

Programmer Analyst
This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget, working closely with customers and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
